I drempt that I was jangled from my usual
Melancholy flatlining
And started following two women to a dilapidated
Tenement of a building
And their pale faces didn’t brighten at all
But drowned in the pallor
Of the drunken off-paint
I was invited in and
I sat down and started drinking
What was served to me
An outrigger
With peach brandy
Vodka
And pineapple juice
In a jar but still kinda civilized
Then they both went down on me
And later the TV came on
And blasted neurotic
Surreal musicals
While I came
And time stopped on command
And then started again
When I left the flat at 7AM
And returned to my murkiness
