She's the blue eye of colonialism,
choking on the smoke made by the refinement
of her own predictable monthly. The fickle
mother, at once granting abundance to some,
the ones who behave like she does, while
starving others. Erratic rumbles and hunger
for consumption. We are meant only to help
sculpt her into the relentless beast she will become.
