your hands clasped
holding your chin up.
your eyes searching for the answers
to questions that haven't been asked.
your mouth slightly ajar
ready to speak.
I stare back with the same expression
but no words come out of my mouth.
we both know what we want to say
but we both donÕt have enough nerve to say it.
