Reflections of Time

As the year comes to a close
I reflect on the paths I have chose

Some have been good even great
And some I have come to hate

I’ve made some new friends
Ones true and deep they are my kin

I’ve had my heart broken and crushed
And I have broken a few in the rush

I may have not taken the high road
And not always followed the right code

In defense all I can say
I had fun and I’d do it again the same way

Yes, true at times I was hurt very bad
Cried for days and was constantly sad

But what I remember the most were the times that were good
Times when I shouldn’t but knew that I would

Oh yeah the times in the car
I never really thought it would get that far

And I can’t forget the woman who would come to mean the world to me
She is one of a kind, as true as she can be

The different kinds of people I have met
Some I will never forget

The sweet shy blonde angel from down south
I can just imagine what he can do with his mouth

The girl who pushed me to the limit
It’s such a shame we couldn’t finish it

The weird guy from next door
Who has no idea what it takes to be poor

My kinky little playmate
Who sneaks in really late

All of the people from across the miles
Who have touched my heart and made me smile

The Gemini man that intrigues me so
Cruising with him you’re likely to see a doe

The morning watching the baby girl be born
And later that night the kinky porn

My life has changed so much this past year
The good and the bad always greeted with a tear

I have said goodbye to people who were close to my heart
People I’d swore we’d never be apart

But here I am on my own standing proud
Screaming “I’m free I’m free” very loud

Free to love, free to make mistakes, free to be me
So stand back, I’ll be okay, you’ll see

HAPPY NEW YEAR
WELCOME TO 2003
HAVE A GREAT YEAR!
