Tightly bound...
and not able to move.

His hands drift slightly,
you can barely see it.

Slowly, one loosens.
Just one, mind you.

Freeing me from one of them,
"No, No!" I cry.

It hurts to let it go,
It hurts to change how it feels.

Slowly, carefully,
and full of tenderness,
He says, "I'm here."
As he pulls that one free.

"Please," I beg.
"You must," he says quietly.

It feels painful.
Slowly, another loosens.

I let it go.
I feel freer.

His patience,
His love.

I feel it so much.
Slowly, as the time ticks by...

More loosen,
I let go more.

He helps me loosen those bonds,
Like none before.
