The world is sweet when
I picture your face
Bay windows smile at
me as I walk by
Vines dance 'round their trellis
their ends shake my hand
Whole flocks gather on
wires and treetops -
A cacophony of joyous praise
for your eyelids.

Cool mist envelopes
like your bed
in the coldest corner of the house
Raindrops kiss my face
your moist lips
trickle from brow to nipple
a shocking cold arousal
then warmth rising inside me

A frosty green leaf taunts me
like a tongue
poking out of a hedge
This is exquisite torture.

The world intoxicates
and leaves me grinning at nothing
and everything
in your face.

Breaks

Your line breaks make little sense and (IMHO) weakens the poem.
