River of tears

River of tears

The clouds are rolling, the skies are flashing,
Raindrops are falling, the rivers are flowing,
It's a river of tears and harsh thunderous fears,
Where are you now when I need you here?

A hurricane blew and the birds frightenedly flew
Away from here and I fell to my knees,
I look to the heavens but the skies are still screaming,
Heaving its anger like a falling beam,

It's a river of tears,
Gushing unending fears,
I cried your name,
But the wind swept it away,
The thunder roared, my voice shook in vain,
Alone in this world, in a river of tears...
