See, me and she we she and me, share the
same married name. [Gran Ibo.] We lived down the same named street. Our Grand Mere says, you two, with the same name, like Gracian and Lucian, need each other. She dreams see dreams and you can see long. They speak through you too. The drums and bass she feels. You, I cannot explain this way. Come eat gumbo. She, with the same name, came and I fell while driving the car, I said, I need to pull over before Grand Mere's and I did the sick out of the door at the light by Shell. Grand Mere, I say, she and me we have the same name but no one knows by the color of my skin. Grand Mere says Gran Ibo, it will stop the sick out of the car door. I didn't do it, Grand Mere, she with the same name says she didn't Grand Ibo or Mere. Grand Mere said on her death bed, you with the same name, I hold a white flower for you in a blue dress, a nightdress, and she smiled with right teeth. First rule. Jack and three make nine, Grand Mere told me in Houma. Gran Ibo back in Thibodaux with no sick then. She with the same name said we must cut. She and me with the same name took an axe, filled the turtle shell, then split the clouds for Grand Mere's washing. Gran Ibo (ooohwee!) tonight. Her name is my name and we will dine again soon.
