I'm Only Running Away.

Don't be scared,
You know I'm safe,
I've finally found a way to leave this place.
I just want you,
To understand,
That this was never planned.

Don't regret,
Those words you said,
You couldn't have made me stay.
I never felt,
You didn't care,
Or thought you were never there.

It's just too much,
I cannot stand,
I keep on falling down.
And when I cry,
You will not hear,
I will not make a sound.

When I'm gone
You have to know,
I did not go- because of you.

You couldn't have made me stay.

It hurts so bad,
So you must see,
I'm only running away.
