Watching your
constantly changing
the station conversation
dance with your
“if you only knew” gestures
my mind reruns to the days
when I used to sit
and watch reruns
of I Love Lucy
even though
I knew them all by heart.

Isnt it...

funny, how at one time, nothing seems

to matter, but love, then years down the road

the reflection is laughing back at you.

I adored this piece of witty humor love,

and I loved Lucy too... lol..

You have changed something about your writing,

not sure what it is, but want you to know-

though I have always remained partial to you,

this is clever, and made me smile.

Tender

You've captured the tenderness of love in a moment, much enjoyed.

DON'T EVER doubt me again, when I say you have talent.

This is a perfect understated witty observation and comment. I am refering to the poem. Try playing with the line breaks, see if you can make it better. "conversation dance" tripped me, I'm not sure if it is deliberate, it works though.

Best
