You can watch me,
But no you can’t touch.
This dance isn’t for you.
My body sways for another.
As the rhythm moves.
I feel it in my veins.
The power and emotion,
Behind the music.
Rushing and pushing,
To the brink of ecstasy.
So don’t come close,
You aren’t allowed to touch.
You must just watch,
My body as it moves.
Controlled by the tempo,
My feet rumba,
Moving with the sound.
Letting my heart take over,
Moving with my soul.
A secret with the devil,
As he rocks with me.
Holding me close,
Touching me fast.
Arcing to the energy.
He can embrace me,
His warm breath,
Brushing my cheek.
But not you.

sadistic exhibitionism?

Not quite sure what to make of this. I thought perhaps the words were meant to create the rhythm of the dance, but it seemed a little too jerky. Well, maybe I need to know a little more about this dance. Obviously, I'm going to have to spend a little more time watching this poem.
