Change is good… So they say.
The adaptation of the every day
Ordinar-a-y
is inevitable and sweet to think
I’ll be a different person in under a week

Just the same changing of border guard
but the border was a little farther back before
postwar
Invasions, surrender your nations
Despite the worldwide protestations

Fucking A, what a world this is
In which we live and strive
To survive
And what the hell for I wonder aloud
Smile nice and fit in with the crowd

Sorry pal I can’t do that man
Lord God made me so I’d never fit in
Foreign
Am I, otherwise inclined
To a different beat of a different kind

Listen a minute and you’ll hear
The beat change again and I shift gear
No fear
Of the unknown in me you see
I’m a little less scared and a BIT scary

That’ll change to I don’t doubt to say
Change stays the same throughout the day
Let’s pray
For peace and innocents released
And try to get along until time has ceased
