Santa was here,
I know it to be so.
Deer tracks on my rooftop
and their drippings down below.

I tracked them through the air
with exquisitely slow ease
by the smell of their pooh
adrift in the breeze.

Every house in the neighborhood
a pile up top and planted below
like a brown carrot top crop.

All through the town
I trailed them with glee
Knowing more, more
Christmas pressies for me.

~~ Happy Holidays to all
and to all a good write ~~

Cute little adult version of a view of Christmas;

Somehow I think Clement Clark Moore's Christmas poem will remain safe for another year.
