I am an Island
All alone in the vast sea of Humanity
Abyss was my heart, Loneliness my soul
'til you came

Washed ashore, you explored me
Mapped my rivers and land as you judged me
You chopped parts of me away
parts I'll never get back

So Selfish and arrogant are you
Taking my heart and my soul
Never to give it back
you took n took 'til I had nothing left

I am Barren
Nothing left of me but to grow anew
And I am grateful
For you being selfish
