When you heard of seven sins
What crossed your mind I wonder?
I don’t even remember all seven
But uneasiness strikes every time
For I know I have broken most of them

Ancient people were no fools
Wealth, beauty, power and fun don’t matter
Still, hedonist I am and narcissist you are
Lazy I am and sex craved you are
Afraid of punishments I am not
But the illness in me I can’t stand

Craving for a peaceful mind while fulfilling desires
Either a hypocrite or a social slut
Both characters I despise
This trashy poetry has no rhyme
For seven sins I’ve never denied
