It’s a strange thing really:

A part of me long to be with you,
Crave your touch,
Wants to be by your side,
Forever.
My heart, that you stole one night
And never gave back.

A part of me only want to help you
To care for you,
To protect you,
For you to be happy.
My soul, forever linked with yours.

Afraid of the loneliness,
A part of me try to calm down the others,
To be rational.
But at the same time, enjoys our time together.
Our talks, our silences.
My mind, seduced and trying to fight,
Without any chances to succeed.

Heart, soul and mind, my foundations,
Were shaken years ago
By your presence,
Never to be solid again.
