Sleepless love

As the morning begins to shine thru the window pane,
listening to the birds chirp above on the weather vane.
Rolling over and stroking your silky soft hair,
knowing for once in my life things have turned out fair.
Nuzzling against your neck watching ur chest rise and fall,
knowing that soon i'll be hearing the roosters call.
The feeling of contentment and warmth when I wrap my arms around you,
knowing deep down inside theres nothing i'd rather do.
Holding you close and the God above,
a special prayer of thanks for sending me the one I truly love.
Boundless joy and happiness beats within me,
setting my heart flying free.
Living for this moment as only your presense can make,
being one with myself knowing this is not fake.
A kiss on your lips and your eyes slowly flutter open,
seeing your love in your eyes as I have always been hoping.
No words are said as we hug and kiss,
for this moment is something we both no longer miss.
Facing the world with your love shining bright,
kissing you lips and whispering I love you feels so right.
No trial is too hard no journey too far,
speeding back towards you while riding in the car.
A pen is my sword my love know how to heal,
though loving you as all I ever feel.
