As morning dims to twilight
and mountains fall to dew
the crickets hum their melodies.
I fall to dreams of you
Every day I feel you
and I sense your need
I rush to devour you
a glutton in my greed
to taste of every pleasure
and to ravish your desire
the burning of your kisses
fuels the raging of my fires
and as you thrust so tenderly
and lay your lips to mine
I feel the passion stirring me
as our hearts align
your love a gentle balance
to my lustful flame
your caress seems to be
the only way I'm tamed
you soothe me and you calm me
with your lion's heart of gold.
You're all I ever needed.
When I have you, I am whole.
