Snorkeling

Diving deep where oysters sleep, swimming with colorful fish,
Coral reefs where big sharks creep; snorkeling is my wish
Come true on vacation. The water is so crystal clear.
Diving without reservation, snorkeling without fear,
Seeking sunken treasure, looking everywhere,
Taking careful measures; I’m always aware
What is below, above, and behind me.
My buddy shoves to remind me
That I am almost out of air.
I want to dive some more.
Chucking all my gear,
One minute more,
I dive nearer
The sea
Floor.
