(Taking comfort when in sorrow)

The mirror imitates the soul
See deep to the heart
Motion is still
Once it did beat

Hooves that pound upon the sand
Were of sounds once heard
Understand the silence
Remember the sounds that once were

Shards are laid at the waters edge
The silent laps soothe them
Tender surf gently form them back
Feel no shame
The healing actions wash over

Mount life with passion
The galloped steps are faltered
Despair restored with hope
Sorrow restored with joy
Pain becomes surrendered
Life is taken firmly
No longer is life death or death life
