A solitary flame
dances upon a candles wick
casting its golden-yellow glow
softly upon your lovely face.

My gaze becomes unbreakable
held in my lovelorn stare
Your image is emblazoned
permanantly on my mind
I've forgetten about the
important places and
those important things
I set out to find.

Like the "Sirens Song",
your beauty captivates
calling for me to stay
erasing any concern
for how long
or 'til how late.

The time will come, I know
I'll have no choice but, to go
I wonder how I'll stay sane
knowing that the others
will still enjoy this show

It finally hit me
with a deathblows force
its simplicity, inane
I'll only find my happiness
by becoming
your solitary flame.
