Air flows through the empty cavern
Whistling a tune only the ocean knows
The sea rumbles and roars
Creating a beautiful majesty
Creating a deadly whirlwind of energy
The fire crackles, the fire roars, the fire engulfs all it sees
The earth trembles and shakes
The earth grows and renews
It saves and destroys
Silence radiates through space
Never knowing that which it cannot have
The moon shines a light
Filtered through the trees of old
On a spot only two souls know of
One stands in the center waiting for the other
The second stands in the shadow
Afraid of what will happen if she steps into the light
Feeling safer in the darkness
She waits, seeing him stand there, waiting for her
Her terror wins out this time as she turns to run
The soul waiting in the center sees the burst of brown
As her hair whips around in her quest to flee
He calls out her name, she freezes, half turns back
He can see the tears marking her cheeks,
He reaches out a hand, asks her to move into the light
The darkness almost seems to swallow her,
It fills her every movement, surrounding her,
He takes a step toward her, only to stop at the fear that streaks across her face
Never had he seen that look cross her face
They both just stood there, frozen,
Scared to move
He not wanting to scare her again
Her not wanting to move, for fear of him
The trees rustle in the wind,
The moonlight filters through the trees
Spreading light and darkness alike
Fear and love
You can fear love,
You can fear losing love
But you should never fear who you love
It's like fire, burning all it engulfs
Leaving pain and ruin behind.
The ocean rumbles and roars
As the waves crash down
Air whistles through the empty cavern
As the broken hearted souls try to figure out
Just how things will go

Lotta good stuff in there

Kinda buried in the monoblock style

I'm probably the last one you should listen to ....but

The fire crackles, roars, engulfs all it sees ...(distillation?)

..

Lotta pronouns ... maybe its just me ....interesting though
