he breaks me with his kiss
slowly slicing my heart in two
with the scything symmetry
of double-edged words
tearing dignity roughly from
my clutching grasp
tainting my innocence
(or so he likes to call it)
firm against my recalcitrance
he claws at my good
with talons of what can only be known
as evil
burning, churning, searing
fearing desire
serpentined with the fire
of denial
shredding my last measure of resolve
with purposeful strokes
as he holds me
