Spirit Guides
The time draws ever more near
She begins the preparation of spirit
Week long journey and fast
Drinking deeply only life's sweet mead

Into the lonesome night
Where she will dance the lead
Years has she done as such
And monthly she does search

Calling forth her spirit guides
To come with her on the dance
Under moonlight bright
Asking them to show her the way

Knowing they can teach her much
The wind blows up and sighs
She calls into the sky and
Seeks unto this night
A storm of power and force
Accompanies her on her way
To make magic this special day

Attempting to win this fight
A answering howl is heard in distance
The lightening strikes with heat
Flashes of blue white light
As her guides come in for the night
The wolves appear soon near
And she calls them by name
She shows them no fear

Upon her foretold day of birth
Given to her to guide and teach
She does now dance with them
Again on this holy night
They show her their unison
In her battle for what is right
