I don't want to fight,
But dragging me down.

I try my best, they just keep coming,
Not knowing what to do,
I try my best to stop it all,
I can't help but hurt inside,
I only see what others hide,
They see what i show them of me.

I don't want to fight,
But dragging me down.

I can't call for help,
I can't ask for mercy,
They are mealy children,
but cruelty still shows,
I can't get away from it,
i want it to stop.

I don't want to fight,
But dragging me down.

I can't give up on them,
Like so many have,
I won't let it happen,
I know how it feels,
I can't let go,
Its not in me to do so.

I don't want to fight,
But dragging me down.
