We danced with an sublime abandon, our bodies moving in sync like creations engine. We were linked together, tied by chains made of music and desire. Her moves a mirror of my own, hands touching, eyes seeing, ears absorbing, skin responding. This dance, a primal event old as the world yet new every time it was joined brought us to a higher plane where music took shape and thoughts fell like rain. A place where words were colors and each touch was like primordial birth. A place beyond. No then and there. Only here. Only now.

Our pulses quickened and the music swelled, my body melted to hers like the bonding of soul to primitive clay. We danced, knowing each others moves, knowing each others pace, knowing… simply knowing. Our hands touched, our fingers tangled together like a Gordian knot that had no end or beginning. Our bodies a Mobius strip across time and space. The music our heartbeat, the rhythmic pounding of consciousness and reality blending together to create this moment.

The crescendo, the peak, the momentary Fermata of primitive release. Stars were born and worlds created in this infinite pause of silence. Hearts beat, music continued, but now a chorus of accompaniment guided our movement instead of the carnal shout that lead us. The music faded and the new stars rose while we smiled. A sweetly chaste touch of lips signaled the end of the dance. Our eyes met and held each other all the while promising that our next abandon would be as sublime.
