What is submission?
All of me belonging to You.
Knowing that I am safe in Your arms.
Looking after Your needs and desires.
Making life just that much easier for You.
For some submission is unnatural,
They have to work to bring it out.
But for me it is natural,
It is a part of me that I love,
It is a part of me that I am comfortable with,
It is something I don’t want to hide.
Submission is serving,
Submission is pleasing,
Submission is helping,
But most of all,
It is learning to serve.
For me submission is pure joy,
It is like a cup of hot chocolate on a good winter night.
It is there all the time,
It overtakes me being,
It is the first thing I see in the morning,
And the last thing I see at night.
