Lavender in the summer sun,
Honeysuckle on the sweet evening breeze,
Lifting my soul to such heights,
With the simple beauty of living.
Warm nights and long walks,
Calm winds on gentle lakes,
Like a song from heaven.
The soul soars,
The heart rises,
And all the world is perfect,
If only for that moment,
All the world is as a new born babe,
Innocent and new.
