the glass wall
the length of the building
and around
offers me Nature:
the snake pond gleaming
between the surrounding trees
the jillion of tiny frogs on the wall
and the loud lament
from insects
soon i recall
the spring chats squinted
into allotted time slits
navigating me
through the intergalactic blues
stretching no end
from the open gates
of her eyebrows
one word
would snap
the shutters of her eyes
and leave me
claustrophobic and homeless
the deafening hammer of the frogs' shout
hits the back of my head --
the pond shatters the window
jumps like a green tiger
and chokes me
