We walked through the sunflower maze
Holding eachother's hands
As the moon shone above us in silver rays
Our love shone brighter than the desert's glassy sands.
My love for you grows high
Higher than the yellow flowers
You will always be mine
And I'll be yours forever.
I got lost once in the maze
Wandering all on my own
But you searched above the petals
And took me back to home.
As you fell and crawled away
In the sunflower maze
I cried each starry night
Wishing you were back.
When you're safe with me again
We'll sit on my back porch
And softly whisper love you's
Watching the sunflower maze grow.
