Sometimes my life seems just like a sunset -
Watching as my last rays of hope disappear
Watching as the darkness brings to my mind
The regret of memories best left forgotten.
The whole scene is so beautiful
In its own strange little way,
Watching as the night takes over the day.
But I know that even when I go astray,
There is always a sunrise to look forward to.

Hope.

Sunset isn't permanent ~ there's always a sunrise.

Welcome to Lit ~

Saw this on the thread you started;

Could use some minor tweaking,

But it's the last line that needs help.

Will pop into the forum later and see what can be done.
