He passes me
dark sunglasses indoors
nose straight like a razor
making lines, edges of shapes
dark hair caught behind him
streaked green
choking me with powdered candy scent
if I suck on him, will he evaporate on my tongue
rake the roof of my mouth
he isn't aware
my tongue grazes
the center of his palm.
