I was but a child
When I met him.
A freckled-face girl of but five.
He was a vision in moonlight,
A creature more feral than man.
I stayed by his side
Through the ages.
I grew, but he stayed just the same.
Now, at 18, still a maiden.
He looks at me,
But not the same way.
Careful and cautious,
Unbidden.
Dark desires
Rise in his eyes.
He swallows me whole
In the depths
Of his soul.
I drown, but I'm more alive
Than ever.
He told me to go with him
And I followed.
He told me to lie down
And I did.
Where no one could see.
It was just him and me.
He told me to be still
And I was.
He began to caress me
And I let him.
He began to undress me
So slow.
His lips sought out mine
And he found them.
He told me to be still
And I was.
He held me there
In his darkness.
I held him there
In my light.
He whispered my name
With desire.
I sighed his name
In delight.
He took hold of my hand
And I trembled.
"Undress me," he said,
And I did.
"This may hurt
Just the tiniest bit,"
So he told me to lie still
And I did.
His tongue tickled
My earlobes and nipples.
His hands traveled
My stomach and thighs.
He whispered my name
With desire.
I sighed his name
In delight.
He buried himself
In my darkness,
Pushing us both
To the light.
My legs wrapped tightly
Around him.
His eyes fixed intently
On mine.
"Come with me," he said,
And I followed.
"Lay with me, now."
So I did.
He whispered my name
And I listened.
He said, "Be still."
And I was.
