Swaddled by You
Swaddled in your warmth,
you twist a leg,
curl an arm
and vine into me.
Skin presses skin,
as you meld to my form,
pelvis smooth and angular,
a beckoning of deeper warmth.
Your breasts press
firmly into my back,
hardened nipples
a discomfort that
arouses.
Your hand kneads
shoulder,
then trails from shoulder,
to arm,
to chest,
and slips lower,
across anticipation
to dreams of you.
Your hand cups me,
holds me firm,
in the warmth of your
promising palm
and plighted fingers.
Your breath slides
along my neck,
as the heated
flutter of lips
kiss and kiss again,
the tender crease
where neck meets shoulder.
I push back into
your cleaving body,
a muffled shift of
skin and warmth
as your body opens
and swallows me.
Swaddled in your warmth,
you cup and sway
till you bring me
a release of dreams of
you, and then into
final swaddled
sleep.
