for living out
our realities

dreams are practice
and we rarely practice
things we enjoy

we practice
riding the bus naked

we practice
losing loved ones

we practice
the mundane, the daily

the "sweet" dream
is a myth

a good dream
is one in which no one died
you wore your clothes
you weren't escaping from anything
you were just going about your business
maybe with an out of place friend or two

think about it though

all the dreams after reading this
how many really quality
as "sweet"
