** In our lives there are times when we feel a great deal of emotion and don't know what to do about it...In my case I feel a great deal of emotion and can never express it openly so I turn to writing poetry...well if you can call it that. The things that happened in this story are not actual events...they are just one womans weird emotions while listening to a song. please feel free to comment and vote you know you want to.!! Thanks!**

Considering the facts she knows it isn’t right to feel this way
Wishing for something more with which to fill her day
Her hands tremble and ache to reach out
Her breath catches in the back of her throat when he starts to shout
Can she keep living this way, fear and restlessness her closest friends
Her dreams are invaded by doubt, her days full of hallow bends
She knows what love should be and yet she can’t help but feel as if this is all life has to offer her
She thinks back on the days when he used to be so sweet to her, the days when he said he loved her
And as he sleeps her only thought is to take the knife and push it deep
She gets closer to his sleeping body and he shifts in his sleep
The knife falls to the floor along with her hopes, dreams, and courage
She bends over and picks up the knife, slumps her shoulders in discourage
He shuffles again and gets up to pee
As he passes by he kicks at her with his knee
She falls forward to sweet oblivion and bliss
Knowing she is dying without ever knowing loves true kiss
The blood starts to pool up around her body but does he notice, does he care
In her next life she hopes to be more alert, more aware
In her next life she will love and be loved like nobody’s business
As her eyes close in eternal slumber she breathes a sigh of relief and feels the Lords loving caress
