'The Onion Movie' was hit-or-miss, and sat too long in the can. Because of this, one of the hits - a hilarious parody of the oversexed teen pop starlet who protests too much - felt dated when it finally came out. (Look up "Melissa Cherry" on MySpace and YouTube for samples, including the song the lyrics below are for.)

Still, the song themselves were quite funny, and it's a shame they didn't develop the best one further. So far as I'm concerned, the lyrics practically write themselves...

Take Me From Behind
music: Melissa Cherry
lyrics: Melissa Cherry & Optimizer

(Chorus:)
When you love me right up front
You know that I don't mind
But what I really want is for you
To take me from behind

(repeat)

(scat)

You always say I look so good
as I walk away
Doncha wanna catch on up
and really make my day?

I know what you've got for me
And I know it's just my size (oooooh)
But if I see it comin' then
It can't be a surprise

(Chorus)

I DON'T MIND, NO
I DON'T MIND
TAKE ME FROM BEHIND
I DON'T MIND

THERE'S NOTHIN' WRONG WITH FACE-TO-FACE
YOU ALWAYS ROCK MY WORLD
BUT WHEN WE'RE FACIN' THE SAME WAY
YOU SHOW ME I'M YOUR GIRL

LOVE TO GO DOWN... TOWN WITH YOU (DOWN ON MY KNEES)
IT ALWAYS MAKES ME SMILE
BUT I FEEL THIS PUPPY LOVE
SO LET'S PLAY DOGGY STYLE

Chorus (repeat to fade)
