like maharaja curry
mixed with cayenne, marsala
my complex wife
a recipe for bold
can often be softened
with iced red wine

my palate has acquired
tastes for heady things
with flavors and scents
few have known

a mix of bitter chocolate
with a hint of spicy spice
rosemary and thyme
sprinkled over breasts

Roasted to perfection
in thick and ardent sauce
oh her smells her flavors
appetites delight
