I speak of my fair adoration as it is she whom my heart still beats for.
I am enraptured by the strands of her flowing golden hair encircling her beauteous countenance.
To gaze into her eyes, deep into Poseidon’s torrent whirlpools, I find a reflection of my soul.
Her touch is divine, invigorating my vivacity and setting my skin afire.

Powerless are those beneath her enchantment, few are resilient to her charms.
She commands their quintessence with only a smile and a bat of an eye.
Her allure is overwhelming, compelling all around her to be in awe.
An untouchable courtesan, she tempts even the most conscientious and disciplined.

Oh, but to hold her against me again, to feel her radiance.
Perhaps I envied her influence and attraction towards all and sundry.
I played the fool when I cast her away from my embrace.
Now I am forever in penitence for the piece of my heart which has come to grief.

Yet, I still find joy in her happiness and sorrow in her anguish.
I watch over her as her guardian angel, ever vigilant.
My heart finds contentment remembering the amiable experiences we lived through.
She will always be with me, though my heart moves on.
