The Adventurer
by A.G. Hamilton

The ancients sang of a man so bold,
The adventures he's had of perils untold.
Of demons and dragons and giants too,
and all but one the brave man slew.
The one he let live did torture his life,
and from here to eternity he now calls...
WIFE.
