The bells once tolled loudly by three,
And rang out, over land and sea.
I searched without strength to last,
The distance I've traveled is vast.
In search of the one to be.

The bells toll silent for thee.

I scoured the lands in vein,
My mind surely wanders insane.
I spy in the distance, a crypt,
A memory recorded by script.
My life has produced no gain.

The bells toll silent for thee.

I gave solace to many, so others won't cry,
Gave all my strength willingly, forever I try.
The judgments of others, for a "hidden deed",
Cut like a knife deeply, forever I bleed.
Alone I lay down to die.

The bells toll silent for thee.
