The critic

She's self-opinionated: she's a bitch,
Who rules the boards with words that twist a knife;
She spits her bile, because she has an itch
That won't be scratched: she will not get a life
Or put a pen to paper to create
A vision or a dream of the rough sex,
That makes her want to go and masturbate,
Instead of scribing poison, that will vex
The hapless, who accept her word as law;
For she is queen and ruler of this realm;
And she will not relent, since at the core
Of all the acid thoughts, that overwhelm,
Is certainty that writing's overrated:
She is a bitch - she's self-opinionated.
