A crossroads approaches swiftly, a decision to be made.
Each side strong reasons to follow, how long can i wait.
Split in two tugged one way then the other
A heart torn in half, their will never be another
Loneliness and fear my constant companion
Neither side will win, this feeling i will not champion
A love so deep no man could ever take it away
But i am no man, i see no other way

Today is the first day of the rest of my life, and i am alone, i am afraid.
