She tore the light from my eyes,
ripped the colors from my soul...
and laughed all the while -
with innocence.

She couldn't see
beyond her pleasure.
Couldn't feel her leavings -
pinned through the heart
and just left...
fluttering - forever tethered.

Another victim's display
of a child's fanciful way.
My wings - oh God my wings -
are fading away...
