(C) GratefulFred
He wrote for the ages
timeless majestic
I wrote for the common man
spastic delirious
His words were in song
dazzling uplifting
My words were forbidden
gross out belligerent
He spoke not direct
symmetric deep meaning
I spoke from the gut
in your face revealing
He boasted me his works
incredible and wondrous
I say come again
not practical half useless
He looked down at my work
Contempt rotten core
I read all his stuff
Purposeless causing snore
He swung a weak fist
Moved left went by
Swung one of my own
struck hard, black eye
