The Frog

Rain falling like tear drops
From the soft dark blanket in the sky
Crystals pouring down like tops
We scrambled laughing asking why

Then to our dismay we saw
Crouched and ready to leap in fright
A frog was washed up on our floor
So we chased it out into the night

Cute...

Unless I'm missing a metaphor, a nice, cute poem. Not great, but very good.
