I'm tired of people telling me what beauty is.
I can't stand the "perfect" woman that everyone keeps telling me about.

I'll tell you about my paragon of beauty
She's the girl I've been looking for but she's proven quite illusive.

She's not that tall… maybe she's average or maybe she's short.

Despite her best efforts her glasses keep sliding down her nose.

Her breasts aren't huge like the girls on TV and she's maybe a little embarrassed or disheartened that no one has stared and drooled over her breasts just because she wears an A or B cup.

She doesn't want false flattery from someone who just wants to get into her pants. Rather then being told she "looks hot" or that she's "damn sexy" or "the most beautiful woman ever", she rather have someone tell her sincerely that she "looks nice today"

She's not afraid to know things, real things. Not just what's on the cover of celebrity tabloids!

She's not so self-absorbed that she thinks everyone wants her. On the same note, she's not so dumb as to think that the jerks and the players that hit on everyone actually like her.

She's smart enough to realize that not every guy is a jerk just because her last boyfriend was.

She knows that not everyone hates the people she hates.

She knows that just because he doesn't do something doesn't me he doesn't love you.

She realizes that just because he does something she doesn't like or can't understand doesn't mean he didn't have a good reason to do it.

She knows that after everything else, I will strip away anything superficial or meaningless and see what she really is. And after that, if she finds that I love her then she'll know it's really her I love and not something false.

I wish I could find you
or that you would find me!
