I am the last resort
When the chips are down
And no other is around
You always come to your last resort

When I'm in need of a hand
An ear to hear my tale
You are the first I wish to see
But you never have time for your last resort

Time and again History repeats
I thought I had learned my lesson
That when push comes to shove
I'm always someone's last resort
