Clouds are heavy with acid rain
The sun pushes through like a bloody stain
Chemicals so thick they make you choke
Eyes ever tearing from burning smoke
Average lifespans reduced by years
Government preying on our darkest fears
Once a planet rich for the taking
Now a vast sewer of our own making
This the legacy we all leave behind
As goes the world, so goes the mind.
