My heart has a lock
One that is tamper proof
One with only a single key.

i thought that key was lost
It was irreplaceable and unique
i thought it lost forever

Then i happened upon You
You had so many keys to me

One to my mind
For You made me think

One to my senses
For You made me sense so many things

One to my soul
For You knew me so well
Even after such a short time

i hoped against hope
That You had that one key
The one to set me free
The one to unlock what i thought lost

Even when i began to doubt and fear
That You would not accept what You unlocked
i still hoped and preyed that You had it

Then i realized
You had the key all along
i just had to allow You to Use it

To clear my doubts

To calm my fears

To help me move back into the sun
And it is for this i thank You

Even if copies of that key are made
You will have the most important
